Payment
I accept Venmo, Paypal, Zelle, cash, or checks.

Shipping
Orders will generally be shipped by USPS unless other arrangements are made. Orders are typically processed within one week of purchase. Charges vary per piece of art based on dimension, weight and destination.

Subject to Availability
Please note that each piece is one of a kind and subject to availability. No two pieces of glass are exactly the same. There will be variations in the glass color and texture.

Damaged Product
If there is damage, do not throw away the box or packing materials until the damage claim has been resolved with the delivery company. I will need pictures of the box, packing materials, and the damage so that I can file a claim. Please call me or email me to let me know right away.
Every effort will be made to ship a replacement piece to you as soon as possible. Please do not return any damaged items to me without notifying me first.

Returns
If you are unsatisfied with any piece you receive, please let me know as soon as possible, and within 10 days of the purchase date. I will gladly provide a full refund within 10 days of the purchase date. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please note that because of the nature of custom or personalized pieces, returns will not be accepted.
